Ron is the Founder, CEO and Lead Consultant of Spring.

Ron earned his MBA from INSEAD in 2017. His admission was preceded by four years of preparation for graduate business studies, which included earning a job promotion, achieving two academic distinctions, and learning two foreign languages. Prior to obtaining his MBA, Ron served as CEO of Robus, a boutique marketing consultancy focused on the legal sector, where he advised Israel’s top law firms on digital marketing and growth strategies.

As an MBA student, Ron split his time between INSEAD's Singapore and Fontainebleau campuses, focusing his coursework on strategy and entrepreneurship. Among his MBA highlights were managing a consulting project for McKinsey & Co., winning third place in INSEAD’s venture creation practicum competition, leading a student trek to Israel, and serving as an MBA Experience student blogger.

Following graduation, Ron joined Israel's venture capital industry, serving as the Managing Director of The Hybrid, a startup accelerator for underrepresented entrepreneurs. To date, startup founders he advised have raised $11M for their ventures, a 120% increase year-over-year. He also serves on the board of the Palestinian Internship Program (PIP), a nonprofit that promotes the Palestinian tech sector.

Ron is fluent in English and Hebrew and is conversational in Arabic, French and Spanish. He resides in Tel Aviv.
